Horizons has 3 programs which include:

Meals on Wheels which provides hot and ready to eat meals Monday through Friday, this helps clients with getting there daily nutrition, Daily Check ins, and helps them stay in there home longer
NTS provides transportation for people who work double or triple shifts once the city busses are closed for the day. We now have an app where people can request a ride days in advance
Financial Wellness helps people with creating a budget for everyday life, Helps manage debt, we have a payee program, and gives people a chance to live in a home of their own.
