Since establishment in 1963, our programs have evolved to meet the ever-changing needs of the Des Moines community while never wavering from our core belief that every child, regardless of their income level or zip code, should have access to high-quality, after-school and summer programming in a safe and supportive environment. At BGCCI, we implement a Club Experience filled with life-changing programs, enriching activities, and supportive relationships with peers and caring adults. The combination of these elements enables and empowers our Club youth to achieve great futures and be leaders of tomorrow!
