AJ's Heart Surgery Journey Store

AJ is a nine year old boy with long list of medical diagnoses, including Down Syndrome and having only "half a heart" (hypoplastic left heart syndrome). Now, it's time for the next step in AJ's heart journey which includes a trip to Boston to determine exactly what surgery will be next for him. Our goal to help alleviate the financial burden of AJ’s trip to Boston.
